openkylin 2.0sp2升级sqlite数据库软件包报错文件找不到

E: 有几个软件包无法下载，要不运行 apt-get update 或者加上 --fix-missing 的选项再试试？

异常内容：
没有包名里带有 ubuntu 字样的 sqlite 相关软件包！
实际存放有的是带 ok 字样（代表 openKylin ）的包。
记得这个问题，以前有反馈过。

现在还没有处理好？

软件源里的实际存在的软件包，和
软件包名的索引数据库，不是自动更新的？

难道 是手动生成的软件包名数据索引（或者使用了另一套提取索引数据的机制）？

或者是直接复制的 UbuntuKylin 的 ls-lR.gz / Contents-amd64.gz 数据索引文件？
